At Andromeda Insights, we stand by the precision of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
